It was the year 2016, the second quarter of the year, and I was feeling rather discouraged. Several months earlier, in September 2015, I had published my very first book and was feeling both nervous and excited at the same time. Nervous because I didn’t know how my book would be received by others and excited because I had great hopes for my new publication. When, after several months, the sales of my book hadn’t taken off despite a professional Social Media Campaign and great reviews from friends and family, I became very discouraged. I decided then that writing wasn’t for me and vowed never to publish another book.

Not very long after this, Jesus spoke to me in a dream one night. This is what He said, “I have placed some books inside of you. You will need to vomit them up.” That was all the motivation I needed to start working on my second book the very next day. Today, ten years later, I am still writing as I have learned to listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit and to be sensitive to His leading.
